We are an equal-opportunity employer.Reporting to the Associate Vice President, the Project Manager is an individual that possesses multiple talents: design & engineering, estimating, project management, and entrepreneurial business skills.Responsibilities:Understanding commercial construction logistics, labor, material, and equipmenthandling. Ability to read and understand plans and specifications and translate theinformation to the operational realities.Understanding of basic business practices, ability to read and understandconstruction-related accounting reports.Facilitate the installation of Mechanical systems.Coordinating labor with superintendents, jobsite foremen and clients.Evaluating quotations.Selecting and managing subcontractors.Equipment selection, purchase orders, RFI's, submittals and change orders.Qualifications:College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in HVAC construction including estimating, projectmanagement and business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. xijylhu What we offer:Health Insurance and ESOP (Employee owned) package.Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) with Medical PPOFSA and Dependent Care401K MatchingPaid Maternity & Paternity LeaveGenerous PTO roll-over policySocial events and outings throughout the year
