The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations, perform clerical tasks, manage phone and email communications, schedule appointments, and assist with executive administrative duties. Responsibilities include maintaining organized accounting systems, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office workflows.QualificationsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing documentationStrong Accounting SkillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and client interactionsExecutive xijylhu Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and supporting senior leadershipDetail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling toolsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
