Our goal is BUILDING EXCELLENCE FOR OUR CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES AND COMMUNITIES.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Qualifications/Responsibilities:Experience in Commercial Construction as Project ManagerCollege degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management OR demonstrated competence in the industryStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Plan Grid, Microsoft Project and typical Project Management softwarePreferred knowledge of CMIC project management, BIM and Primavera Scheduling software a plusReview all submittals and shop drawings for compliance with Contract documentsKnowledge of OSHA requirements and ability to enforce themAbility to create and manage project schedules and critical path activitiesStrong communication skills to define and solve problems as well as develop a team atmosphere with the Subcontractors, Designers and Client RepresentativesReview and maintain project budgets including regular job cost forecastingPreparation of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders including detailed scope of work xijylhu narrativesHead project coordination meetings with the client and designers in a productive mannerAssist preconstruction and estimating staff with operational input and logisticsKnowledge of MEP systems, Building Commissioning and closeoutAbility to review water tightness details and general quality control managementCreate and track progress on Punch Lists, As-Builts and O&M documentsAbility to pass drug screening and background experience
