The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site in Rockville, MD.QualificationsExperience in commercial construction, subcontractor coordination, and project schedulingKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practicesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings xijylhu Experience in government contracting and working with diverse teamsProficiency in MS Office, project management software, and construction toolsOSHA Certification is a plus
