What You'll DriveProject LeadershipLead due diligence and campus/master planning initiativesOversee engineering firms and GCs across all phasesProvide constructability input on electrical & mechanical systemsGuide decisions involving:Switchgear & substationsGeneratorsChillers & cooling towersAHUsFire/life safety systemsIntegrated controls & security infrastructureDeliver executive-level reporting on schedule, risk, budget, and constraintsManage utility coordination and infrastructure upgradesFinancial StewardshipFull budget ownershipInvoice review & approvalChange order mitigationClient billing via ProcoreClient & Executive InterfaceLead executive presentationsServe as primary client contactEnsure seamless integration through turnover to operations What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent data center experience5+ years Project Management experienceMission-critical construction background requiredExperience leading projects from site due diligence through constructionStrong ability to interpret design drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and ProcoreOpen to travel as project demands requireSubstation design experience is a strong plus.
