Assistant Project Manager (APM)Location: Atlanta, GA Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Position Overview:Seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) with 4+ years of construction experience to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on multifamily and hospitality construction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of construction projectsSupport budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reportingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationHelp maintain project schedules and ensure milestone adherenceConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceSupport client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsEnsure adherence to company standards and project specificationsQualifications4+ years of construction experience (required)Proven experience in multifamily and/or hospitality construction projects xijylhu (required)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controlsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
