This role requires strong leadership in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety management, and uality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction projectsManage site safety, QA/QC, and OSHA complianceCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules (Primavera, MS Project, or Procore)Lead daily huddles, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetingsTrack progress against schedule and manage delays or conflictsMaintain daily logs, reports, and site documentationWork closely with the Project Manager and client representativesManage inspections, punch lists, and project closeoutQualifications xijylhu 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience3+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up projectsExperience managing projects $10M+ in valueStrong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencingFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or PrimaveraAbility to lead large subcontractor teams and maintain project schedulesOSHA 30 preferred
