Position OverviewA Site Manager oversees daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site logistics while serving as the primary point of leadership for onsite execution. The Site Manager works closely with project management, clients, and craft supervision to resolve issues, maintain progress, and uphold compliance with company policies and site-specific requirements. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential for successfully driving project performance in a fast-paced construction environment.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.Coordinate subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain schedule, workflow, and productivity goals.Monitor project progress, identify field issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize delays, disruptions, and cost impacts.Enforce safety standards, company policies, and site-specific requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, engineers, and field supervision regarding project status, risks, and upcoming needs.Oversee quality control and workmanship to ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and customer expectations.Prepare and submit daily site reports documenting manpower, production tracking, safety concerns, field issues, equipment usage, and other key project activities to support accurate project oversight and decision-making.Requirements3 years of Industrial construction experience in an onsite managerial role Automotive / paint finishing preferred. xijylhu OSHA 30 Hour Construction CertificationProficiency with Software including Excel, Bluebeam, Raken, Teams, OutlookRigging and lift planning experienceQA/QC experienceManagement of multiple trade sub-contractors100% Onsite including domestic travel.Preferred qualifications:Rigging CertificationsWeldingConstruction Management Degree, Engineering Degree, or equivalent knowledge & experienceWhat Taikisha USA OffersCompetitive compensation packageGenerous paid time off and platinum healthcare benefits401(k) Opportunities for Professional growth and development in a collaborative environment
