This position involves working with company-provided leads, understanding client renovation goals, creating design solutions, and guiding clients through the full design and sales process.You will work directly with homeowners to design kitchens and bathrooms, create 3D layouts, recommend materials and products, and help bring their renovation vision to life.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to understand project goals, needs, and budgetConduct site visits and take accurate measurementsDesign kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design softwareCreate layouts, renderings, and design presentationsRecommend cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, and other materialsPrepare proposals, project estimates, and contractsGuide clients through the sales and design processMaintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installersAssist with showroom organization and product displaysQualificationsExperience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or remodeling salesExperience with 2020 Design software preferredStrong sales and customer service skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projectsBasic knowledge of construction, remodeling, and building xijylhu materialsComfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skillsPreferred ExperienceKitchen and bath remodeling industry experienceExperience with 2020 Design softwareInterior design backgroundShowroom or design-build firm experienceSales experience and ability to close contractsCompensation & BenefitsUnlimited income potentialDesigners typically earn $70,000 - $140,000ScheduleShowroom open 6 days per weekClosed SundaysSaturday availability required
