Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio including office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. This role requires a strong project leader who can manage complex scopes, multiple stakeholders, and detailed coordination efforts from preconstruction through final delivery.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & DeliveryManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and company standards.Cost & Contract ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting.Lead change management, owner billing, and subcontractor pay applications.Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration.Consultant & Trade CoordinationCoordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.Resolve scope conflicts and constructability challenges.Quality, Schedule & CloseoutPartner with field leadership to maintain schedule and quality standards.Lead inspections, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities.Ensure successful turnover and client satisfaction.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.Proven experience delivering complex commercial projects.Strong understanding of contracts, financial controls, and risk management.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software. xijylhu Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
