A growing commercial general contractor in the Denver market is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects. Projects typically range from $15M - $80M in value.This role requires strong experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finishOversee project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingNegotiate and manage subcontracts and vendor agreementsCoordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule and budgetLead owner meetings, OAC meetings, and project reportingReview and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsMaintain project schedules and milestone trackingEnsure project profitability and risk managementSupport project closeout and client turnoverQualifications5-10+ years of commercial construction experience3+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project EngineerExperience managing ground-up commercial projects $10M+Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financials xijylhu Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or PrimaveraExcellent communication and client management skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $115K - $150K+ depending on experienceAnnual performance bonusTruck allowance or company vehicle401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off + holidays
