The firm specializes in faí§ade restoration, Local Law 11 compliance work, waterproofing, masonry restoration, and exterior envelope repairs across commercial and residential buildings throughout New York City.This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with restoration experience looking to join a stable contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.ResponsibilitiesReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents for exterior restoration projectsPrepare detailed cost estimates for faí§ade restoration, masonry repair, pointing, waterproofing, and roofing scopesPerform quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractorsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects during the bid processAttend site visits and pre-bid meetings as requiredMaintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricingAssist in preparing and submitting formal bid packagesRequirementsExperience estimating NYC exterior restoration / faí§ade / Local Law 11 projectsStrong knowledge of masonry restoration, brick replacement, pointing, waterproofing, faí§ade repair, and related scopesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience preparing take-offs and cost estimatesFamiliarity with NYC building xijylhu practices and restoration industry standardsStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferred5+ years estimating experience in exterior restorationExperience working with NYC restoration contractorsFamiliarity with Estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, etc.)CompensationSalary up to $140,000 depending on experienceBonus potentialHealth benefitsLong-term career growth within a well-established contractor
