Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site 3D Designer role located in Chantilly, VA. The 3D Designer will create high-quality, single family residential models integrated with BIM systems, primarily utilizing Higharc software. Having residential or home building experience is a positive, but not required. The position will require deadline driven performance, while balancing design & problem solving capabilities. Your daily design requirements will be creating or re-modeling individual house designs for clients. xijylhu Your expertise will be used for permits, purchasing and construction, and add to the beautiful portfolio of Evergreene Homes. QualificationsExpertise in 3D Design and 3D ModelingStrong skills in BIM & Graphic DesignOn-site & virtual training of software included in position start-upProficiency in relevant design software and toolsAttention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solvingAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environmentBachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Information Technologyor related fieldExperience in the construction industry is a plus
