This role is ideal for an experienced estimator who combines technical expertise with strong business judgment and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead estimating efforts on projects ranging from $2M-$10M, from conceptual through GMP phasesDevelop detailed and conceptual estimates using historical cost data and modern estimating toolsCollaborate closely with operations and project teams during preconstructionSupport bid strategy development and provide clear analysis on bid outcomes (wins and losses)Track post-award estimate accuracy and continuously improve estimating performanceUtilize and support preconstruction platforms, including Procore Preconstruction modulesBaseline Requirements (Non-Negotiable)7-12+ years of estimating experience with a GC or specialty contractorProven ownership of estimates on $2M-$10M construction xijylhu projectsASPE certification or active pursuitProficiency with modern estimating software and historical cost modelingExperience with conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimatingStrong DifferentiatorsExperience setting up or utilizing Procore Preconstruction toolsCPE or CCP certificationDemonstrated collaboration with operations during preconstructionTrack record of post-award estimate accuracy trackingAbility to clearly articulate why bids were won or lostInterested candidates are encouraged to apply directly or connect to learn more about this opportunity.
