In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will help drive profitable bids and foster strong relationships within the property management and construction industry.
