If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Your new role As a Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of large, complex projects by assisting Project Managers and Superintendents through every stage of construction. You will play a key role in maintaining project quality, cost control, scheduling, documentation, and communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. You'll work as part of a larger project team, often on highly specialized, high"‘profile projects.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with preconstruction tasks, subcontractor procurement, pricing, and purchasingSupporting baseline and bi"‘weekly schedule updatesPreparing scopes for subcontracts and purchase ordersManaging submittals, RFIs, design changes, and change ordersTracking LEED documentation and participating in commissioning coordinationSupporting BIM coordination on applicable projectsAssisting with monthly billings, subcontractor invoice approval, and project closeout.Attending project meetings and recording minutesContributing to quality control efforts and overall project organizationWhat you'll need to succeed Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.
