In this role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and regulation-compliant solutions. What You'll DoDesign and support civil site development for aerospace & industrial facilitiesWork on grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility systemsDevelop erosion & sediment control and site demolition plansCollaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsContribute to design calculations, documentation, and project delivery Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)3+ years of civil engineering experience (consulting preferred)Strong experience in:Site design & developmentGrading, drainage, and stormwater managementUtility design (sanitary sewer, domestic water, firewater)Proficiency with:AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStationBIM tools (Revit)Hydraulic/Hydrologic analysis softwareStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Nice to HaveEIT (Engineer in Training) certificationExperience working onsite at construction/project sitesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and project documentation PreferredMaster's degree in Civil EngineeringConsulting experience with aerospace or industrial projects Additional DetailsTravel: Up to 10% for site visitsLocation: Chesapeake, VA Why This Role?Work on high-visibility aerospace and industrial projects, collaborate with top engineering talent, and help deliver infrastructure that pushes technological boundaries.
