In this role you will process mortgage applications, ensure and analyze all loan documentation, and ensuring that all loan documents are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities:Review loan approvals and gather necessary documentation from borrowersEnsure compliance with Federal lending regulationsAnalyze credit and collateral documents; submit files to underwritingClear loan conditions and communicate effectively with the teamProvide excellent customer service throughout the loan processJob Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Mortgage processingManage a pipeline of 30-50 loans.Experience with Salesforce, Lending Pad and sub prime lender portalsKnowledge of Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA processingStrong verbal and written communication skillsEducation:High school diploma or GEDLanguages:English required; Spanish a plusBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Job xijylhu Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Retail Mortgage: 1 year (Preferred)Mortgage Processing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
