Our team includes in-house engineering, production, and installation, allowing us to manage projects from concept through completion.Job Title: Project Manager - Architectural MillworkPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between departments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.This is a fully in-office position based in Livermore, CA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage millwork projects from award through closeoutReview and coordinate shop drawings and submittalsInterface with general contractors, architects, and designersCoordinate with internal engineering, production, and installation teamsTrack project schedules, budgets, and change ordersManage RFIs, submittals, and approvalsEnsure accurate handoff from engineering to shop productionOversee installation coordination and project completionRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetryExperience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in millworkStrong understanding of shop drawings and millwork fabrication processesAbility xijylhu to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with BluebeamExperience working with commercial general contractorsKnowledge of commercial interiors and caseworkCompensation & BenefitsSalary based on experience Paid time off and holidaysHealth benefits: 100% Medical & Dental paid by employer401K 3% match
