Estimating EngineerDallas, TexasYou could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.A well-established Commercial General Contractor is looking to add an Estimating Engineer to their growing Dallas office, supporting a strong pipeline of work across the region.This contractor delivers a diverse range of projects across industrial, healthcare, and commercial office sectors, and is known for its collaborative culture and consistent project delivery.The Role:As an Estimating Engineer, you'll support the preconstruction and estimating team in developing accurate cost estimates and helping set projects up for success from the early stages.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documentsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingSupport bid preparation and submission processesWork closely with senior estimators and preconstruction managersHelp identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering optionsMaintain accurate records of pricing, scopes, and historical dataWhat We're Looking For:Exposure to industrial, healthcare, and/or office projects is preferredStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricingProficiency with take-off software and tools (Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skillsWhy Join?Established GC with a strong presence in the Dallas marketDiverse project portfolio and steady pipeline of workClear progression into Estimator / Senior Estimator rolesSupportive team environment with hands-on mentorshipThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within preconstruction and be part of a respected contractor with long-term opportunities. xijylhu For more information or a confidential discussion, feel free to get in touch.
