Our work spans custom homes and select boutique commercial properties valued from $8M to over $75M, each shaped by collaboration with respected architects and discerning owners.We are seeking a senior construction professional who thrives in the precon arena yet understands the realities of field execution. This role requires both financial precision and practical judgment- someone who can translate design ambition into disciplined cost strategy without diluting intent.Role Overview:You will lead pricing strategy from early concept through final GMP, establishing the financial framework that guides every decision thereafter. Your influence will extend beyond estimating- maintaining continuity through construction to protect budget integrity, schedule alignment, and design quality.
