This includes change order review, value analysis, and supporting feasibility studies. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities that add value to projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plansReview and evaluate change orders and work-in-progress costsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project documentsPerform quantity take-offs and pricing analysisSupport value engineering and cost optimization effortsMaintain cost databases and prepare reportsCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholdersAssist with feasibility studies and bid analysisRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, xijylhu or related fieldExperience in construction cost estimating (MEP experience a plus)Background in commercial, institutional, or industrial projectsStrong understanding of conceptual and detailed estimatingExperience with estimating software, takeoff tools, and BIMKnowledge of CMGC / GCCM processes preferredProfessional certifications are a plus
