Hiring: EV Services Project Manager | Wireless Infrastructure Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Full-time | Up to 70% Travel $95,000 - $125,000 | Active Master Electrician License Required The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.We're looking for a hands-on, technically sharp Project Manager to lead construction and installation of wireless communication infrastructure and technology upgrades across complex, multi-site programs. This is NOT a coordination-only role. Our ideal candidate owns the full project lifecycle "” from estimating and scope definition through field execution and closeout. What you'll own: Full-cycle project estimating "” materials, labor by phase, vendor pricing, and cost projections Scope review of bid documents and translation into accurate budgets Day-to-day coordination with superintendents, foremen, and Construction Managers Schedule and budget control from kickoff through delivery Representing the company in project meetings and strategy sessions Safety leadership "” safety is priority #1, above all else What we're looking for: Active Master Electrician License (hard requirement) 5+ years of tower construction management experience Proven estimating ownership "” not just high-level oversight Deep knowledge of electrical construction workflows and field operations Strong budget management and contract financial skills Experience with construction management software BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why this role?
