Job description:CoorItalia is an established company (more than 20 years) in the luxury stone and windows & doors market. Headquartered in San Francisco, we work with high-end designers and architects throughout the US. The company's recent growth is at a point that we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.This position requires a demonstrated interest in and understanding of architecture and design, experience in project management, and the ability to work quickly and switch tasks while maintaining focus. The position is ideally suited for a candidate with experience in construction, architectural design, or related fields. Knowledge of cabinetry for kitchen and bath systems is desired.Duties Include:· Provide direct assistance to the Director of Operations to ensure all project goals are met in a timely and accurate manner· Effectively drive project schedules to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget· Produce and maintain all digital files, database logs, sample records, and project documentation· Draft and issue submittals, RFIs, and other project correspondence· Review shop drawings from fabrication partners to ensure accuracy and completeness· Liaise with sales, estimating, and technical teams to verify full scope for prospective projects· Generate spreadsheets for costing or reporting purposes· Work with suppliers, fabricators, and installers to procure cost estimates, samples, or mockups· Issue POs to suppliers and maintain up to date and accurate project financial documentation· Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, technical team, installers, and other project team members as needed· Assist in coordination of logistics for shipments and deliveries as neededEssential Qualifications:· Minimum of 5 years of proven and successful experience in project management, preferably in construction or architectural design· Expert knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Suites· Basic knowledge of database and/or project management tools such as ClickUp,  , Smartsheets, Airtable, Google Tables, Procore, Bluebeam or similar· Proven ability to generate and deliver accurate information in a timely manner· Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively xijylhu · Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project executionPreferred Qualifications· Italian oral/written skills are a plus· Blueprint reading experience· Knowledge of cabinetry systems for kitchen and bath· Basic AutoCAD drafting experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:San Francisco, CA 94103: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personPay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearFind out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.
