Essential job duties include:Assist Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and coordinationAssist Project Manager with accurate budget management (buy-out, pay applications, cost reporting, etc.)Change order managementManage and develop project engineers, overseeing RFIs and submittalsManage critical subcontractorsIssue resolution related to labor disputes, material deliveries, and contract administrationSafety and quality control managementManage construction equipmentOur Mission GMA's mission is to develop people that will transform communities.We are employee-focused.
