This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, safety, and client communication while ensuring all work meets contract requirements and manufacturer specifications.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, SBS, coatings, and IRMA systems, andthrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial flat roofing projects simultaneously from award through closeout Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications prior to project start Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower planning, and material logistics Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Conduct jobsite visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and production targets Manage project budgets, track costs, approve invoices, and protect job profitability Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation Communicate effectively with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and internalteams Ensure compliance with manufacturer installation requirements and warranty guidelines Lead project closeout, punch lists, warranty submissions, and final documentationRequired Qualifications 3-7+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience Strong working knowledge of flat roofing systems:o EPDM, TPO, PVCo SBS / Modified Bitumeno Liquid-applied coatingso IRMA assemblies and overburden systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing budgets, schedules, and crews Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficient with construction software, Excel, and email-based project management Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.Preferred Qualifications Roofing or construction-related certifications Manufacturer certifications (JM, GAF, xijylhu Carlisle, Firestone, Garland, Gaco, etc.) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience working on occupied commercial buildingsCompensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (based on experience and performance) Performance-based bonuses (if applicable) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid 􀆟me off and holidays Long-term growth opportunities within a commercial roofing organizationWhy Join Us? Stable pipeline of commercial roofing projects Opportunity to manage high-value, technically complex roofing systems Suppor􀆟ve leadership with room for advancement A company culture focused on quality, accountability, and professional growth
