This individual will play a key role in leading preconstruction efforts, managing bids, and working closely with operations to successfully deliver upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preconstruction and estimating process from concept through GMPPrepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid packagesManage subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and bid levelingCollaborate with project management and operations teams during handoffIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategiesMaintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clientsRequirements:7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating or preconstructionExperience delivering ground-up commercial and/or high-rise projectsStrong knowledge of construction costs, bidding, and project delivery methodsAbility to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced xijylhu environmentProficiency with industry estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)What's on Offer:Strong pipeline of upcoming commercial and high-rise workStable, well-backed contractor with long-term growthCompetitive compensation packageClear path for career progression into senior leadership
