If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.As a Credit Manager at QXO, you will play a critical role in supporting profitable growth by balancing credit risk with strong customer relationships, while effectively managing accounts and enabling sales success.What you'll do:Drive profitable sales growth by securing transactions and extending credit in alignment with company policiesEvaluate and manage credit risk, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit profilesOversee the accounts receivable portfolio through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal teamsNegotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts to reduce bad debt and support continued salesPrepare management and corporate reports, including oversight of third-party collections and legal activitiesPerform responsibilities remotely or at company offices and branches within local marketsWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred3-5+ years of experience in credit and collectionsStrong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience in building materials distribution or the construction industry preferredSolid understanding of accounting and finance principles; knowledge of lien and bond processes is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel occasionally for business needsQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
