This role offers the opportunity for increasing responsibility based on experience and performance. The Project Manager will oversee multi-family construction projects from initial scheduling through buyout and final completion, ensuring compliance with plans and contract requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multi-family construction projects from planning through completionOversee the full project lifecycle with accountability for project P&L performanceMaintain and enforce project schedules, holding field teams accountable and addressing delaysLead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholdersManage all project financial processes, including buyout, change orders (CTCs), and drawsPrepare and maintain accurate project reporting and documentationEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations for prime contracts and subcontractsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field teams through consistent communication and coordinationConduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to company standards and processesRequired Qualifications5-10 years of experience in multi-family construction and site workStrong ability to read and interpret construction plansExperience managing projects from scheduling through completionProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, and general computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management or related fieldExperience working with repeat clients and relationship-based constructionKey Competencies & Personal AttributesSelf-starter with strong planning and prioritization skillsPositive attitude and collaborative mindsetStrong customer service orientationTeam player who works well with diverse groupsDetail-oriented with a commitment to follow-throughAbility to manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyWhy Join Us?Sun Country Builders offers a competitive compensation and benefits package along with a supportive, team-oriented environment. xijylhu Our culture encourages long-term career growth, autonomy, and continuous development.
