Senior Superintendent | Healthcare | DallasAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.We're working with a leading national General Contractor who are looking to bring on a Senior Superintendent in Dallas to support a strong pipeline of healthcare projects.The OpportunityYou'll be leading site operations on major healthcare builds, taking ownership of delivery from preconstruction through to closeout.Projects are typically large-scale commercial developments ($200M+), with a strong focus on hospital construction (ground-up and major renovations).What You'll Be Doing• Leading all on-site construction activities and driving project delivery• Managing subcontractors, site teams, and overall workflow• Owning and driving the project schedule alongside the PM team• Running daily stand-ups, trade meetings, and OAC meetings• Ensuring safety, quality, and site logistics are executed to a high standard• Coordinating with owners, architects, and key stakeholders• Supporting cost tracking, change management, and project closeoutWhat They're Looking For• 15+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor• Proven track record delivering large commercial projects ($200M+)• Healthcare / hospital construction experience (ground-up or renovation)• Ability to lead from the front on complex buildsWhat's On Offer• Up to $175K base salary (Depending on experience)• Full benefits package• Relocation support available• Strong pipeline of secured healthcare work• Long-term career growth opportunity with a well-established GCWhy This Role?This is a chance to step into a role where you'll be trusted to lead major healthcare projects, backed by a strong pipeline and a business that values long-term hires over short-term fixes. xijylhu If you've delivered large-scale healthcare projects and are open to hearing more, happy to set up a quick, confidential chat.
