The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process control systems, overseeing electrical engineering projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with motion control and robotics systems. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and continuous improvement in automation processes. xijylhu QualificationsProficiency in Process Control and the ability to design, implement, and optimize automated systemsDemonstrated proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including programming, diagnostics, and control system development.Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering with a focus on industrial applicationsExpertise in diagnosing and Troubleshooting issues in electrical and control systemsExperience with Motion Control and Robotics systems, including programming and integrationAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplineFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, particularly extruded aluminum production, is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing is desirable
