If you're someone who believes in showing up with integrity, working collaboratively, and driving positive change, you'll feel right at home here.Let's grow together at Willow Bridge.ResponsibilitiesMaximize the financial performance of the propertyMaintain the physical integrity of assigned communitiesFrequently visit and inspect sitesPrepare owner reporting packages including Budgets/Business Plans, Marketing strategies, and Monthly Owner ReportsMonitor/analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligenceCommunicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownershipAssure compliance with Willow Bridge policiesReview and inspect all Capital Replacement PlansAssure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, OSHA, and Plaintiff LiabilityRecruit and Retain site employees, ensure training benchmarks are metMonitor Marketing plans and make adjustments as necessaryOversee resident relations & Social Media objectivesSupervise all aspects of the lease up effortsReview Leasing & occupancy activity to meet budget/ proforma expectationsReview and approve resident retention and renewal programsQualificationsHigh School Education or equivalent required. College degree and Industry Certifications preferredHigh Rise, Lease up & New construction experience requiredCPM or CPM candidate preferred3-5 years regional property manager experience, budget and financials experience required. xijylhu Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeProperty Management Software experience (Yardi preferred)This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certificationBenefitsTypical base compensation range depending on experience: $150,000 to $165,000 per Year USDWillow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement.
