This is an opportunity to manage local, high-quality commercial builds while working with a leadership group that values long-term careers, not just projects.All projects are located within the Phoenix metro area "” no long-term travel required.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $3M to $20M, including ground-up commercial construction.This is a fullcycle role requiring ownership from preconstruction through closeout and close collaboration with superintendents, executives, and project stakeholders.This position is ideal for a Project Manager who is organized, decisive, and comfortable running multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships in the field and with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases of constructionCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules; identify critical path items and mitigate riskReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsConduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyManage budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and financial controlsLead buyout, subcontractor alignment, and scope reviewChampion jobsite safety and ensure OSHA and company complianceMentor and support project teamsMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingOversee closeout, punch list completion, and turnover to ownershipSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of full-charge Project Management experience with a Commercial General ContractorProven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction means, methods, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsSolid knowledge of construction administration, safety standards, and local building codesPreferred QualificationsPreference given to those with: Gas/Fuel Station, Ground up and TI site experienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office xijylhu Background working on commercial projects in the Phoenix metro areaCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)10%-15% annual performance bonus401(k) with 7%-12% company contributionComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysStable pipeline of local projectsLong-term career growth with an established commercial builderWhy This OpportunityAll projects are local to PhoenixStrong leadership and clear decision-makingReal ownership of projects "” no micromanagementFinancially stable company with a long-term outlookInterested candidates:Please submit your resume along with a project list highlighting commercial projects where you served as the lead Project Manager.
