We offer a fun and friendly business environment, competitive wages, performance incentives, health benefits, vacation, sick leave and 401K.General Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of the daily operation of a warehousing and distribution business including Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Shipping and Receiving and Inventory ManagementProvide leadership, oversight and escalation management for all functions while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitabilityEstablish a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer orientationHire, coach and develop, and manage a team of 10 to 15 employees, with a focus on maximum employee engagementMaintain the personal ability to execute the key functions associated with every role in the buildingDevelop and implement strategies to grow sales both within existing customer base and through new customer acquisition, in partnership with the Territory Sales ManagerEnsure efficient ongoing warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy and on-time, on budget customer deliveryBecome proficient in all technologies required to operate the businessKeep up to date with industry and local market trends, capitalizing on opportunities with new and existing products that will benefit our customers while driving salesMaintain expert level product knowledge in order to market, sell and fulfill our entire line of products effectivelyComplete special projects as neededRequirements5+ years of site or business unit level management experience required; distribution experience strongly preferred3+ years of responsibility for sales or P&L performanceCollege degree preferred but not requiredExperience in construction, building materials or parts sales a plusExperience leveraging performance related data to make business decisionsOutgoing relationship builder who quickly and easily connects with peopleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite; become proficient in ERP and fulfillment softwareStrong work ethic with a desire to leave things better than you found themSolution oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeTo learn more about our company please visit us at: 're an equal opportunity employer. xijylhu All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
