The Property Administrator supports the onsite management team at a large commercial property by providing administrative support, tenant-facing customer service, and assistance with financial and operational activities. This role works closely with the Property Manager and serves as a primary point of contact for tenants and vendors at the managed location. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $22/hr. ResponsibilitiesProvided administrative support to the onsite Property Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and record maintenanceServed as a primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, service requests, and general property-related needs in a professional and timely mannerAssisted with tenant onboarding activities, move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing tenant communicationsCoordinated with vendors and internal teams to track work orders, service requests, and maintenance activitiesSupported budgeting and forecasting processes by tracking expenses, maintaining schedules, and assisting with financial reportsReviewed, coded, and tracked vendor invoices for accuracy and proper account allocation prior to approvalMaintained organized property files, contracts, certificates of insurance, and compliance documentationAssisted with preparation of monthly and annual property reports and operational summariesSupported general office operations for the onsite management office, including supplies, meeting coordination, and document managementEnsured a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholdersQualificationsPrior experience in an administrative, customer service, or accounts payable role. xijylhu Familiarity with vendor invoice processing, expense coding, and basic accounting conceptsExperience supporting budgets, forecasts, or financial reporting preferredStrong customer service and communication skills, with experience working directly with tenants or clientsProficiency with Microsoft Office and property management or accounting systemsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environmentIf you are interested in learning more, please apply.
