That means leading a $5-10M annual construction program across multiple states, building the systems and vendor relationships that make it run, and ensuring the onsite teams executing the work are trained, accountable, and following our standards every day.This is a leadership role. You'll manage through others, partner with Asset Management on capital planning, coordinate closely with Regional Property Managers on unit prioritization and market insights, and report directly to the Head of Property Management. You won't be the one turning wrenches day-to-day"”but you will be onsite regularly, walking properties, coaching your teams, demonstrating how things should be done, and making sure the work meets Carbon's standards.
