These projects involve phased construction, active hospital environments, and highly coordinated building systems.The Director of Construction will lead project teams, drive operational performance, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership for one or multiple large-scale healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnoverOversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure alignment across schedule, cost, safety, and qualityLead execution of complex healthcare builds including work in active, occupied hospital environments with phased construction and turnoverEnsure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements including infection control protocols and regulatory standardsSupport coordination of major building systems and ensure integration with construction sequencingMonitor project performance, identify risks, and drive solutions related to schedule, cost, and constructabilityServe as a primary point of contact for owners, healthcare systems, and executive stakeholdersSupport business development efforts and maintain strong client relationshipsLead and mentor project teams while driving accountability and performanceQualifications and Experience10+ years of construction experience with progression into leadership rolesProven experience leading large-scale healthcare projects ($500M+)Strong background in hospital or complex medical xijylhu facility constructionExperience working in occupied healthcare environments with phased constructionStrong leadership and team management experienceSolid understanding of project financials, risk management, and executionWhat's on OfferCompetitive executive-level base salary aligned with experience and project scalePerformance-based bonus potentialRelocation package available for out-of-market candidatesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to lead high-profile healthcare projects
