This full-time, in-office role plays a critical part in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly while assisting with design and video production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative precision, creative production, and hands-on video work "” without needing to be a senior-level designer. Key Responsibilities: Process automated postcard orders and ensure timely production. Set up print files and prepare marketing materials for distribution. Proof marketing materials for accuracy and quality. Help create and execute design projects for various digital and print marketing efforts. Assist with various marketing and social media initiatives, as needed. Capture and edit video content for multiple platforms, using DSLR or mobile devices. Produce polished video assets including sound editing, lower thirds, music selection, and static or motion graphics. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience or relevant coursework in marketing, video, graphic design or related field. Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign. Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premier Pro or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. xijylhu Good attitude and communication skills.
