Honesty, accountability, and trust guide every decision.· Built for Excellence - they take pride in delivering high-quality projects through collaboration, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Roles & Responsibilities:· Support Project Managers in the execution of commercial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement work.· Assist with project coordination from buyout through closeout, ensuring documentation and processes are organized and maintained.· Track and help maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reporting.· Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and coordination.· Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.· Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project information flows smoothly between office and field.· Support communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.· Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor scopes.· Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.· Support the project team in upholding Berry's reputation for quality, responsiveness, and disciplined project delivery.Experience & Qualifications:· 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a general contractor.· Exposure to ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects.· Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and project documentation.· Working knowledge of project management software and construction documentation processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders).· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both field and office teams. xijylhu · Motivated, proactive mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
