The OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our executive leadership team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and expanding our presence across key markets.The SVP will lead high-performing teams, oversee major projects and client relationships, and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership across multiple business units, projects, or regionsDrive strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion and client developmentOversee delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects from planning through completionStrengthen and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure financial performance, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and cost controlChampion operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance standardsFoster a culture aligned with core values: integrity, honesty, accountability, and passionMentor and develop senior leadership and project teamsQualifications & Experience xijylhu 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction management or related industryProven track record delivering large, complex projects (e.g., healthcare, commercial, institutional)Demonstrated success in executive-level leadership, including business development and operationsStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and growth targetsExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
