Senior Construction Project Manager

About the RoleI am seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large scale, complex, Multi Family projects across the Boston area. All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through closeoutDevelop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and executive stakeholdersEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligationsProvide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and milestonesRequired Qualifications10+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large, complex initiativesExperience on 100 unit+ multi family residential projects valued at $30m+ (hospitality, senior assisted living or complex commercial projects will be considered)Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredPMP certification strongly preferredProven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgetsStrong knowledge of ProcoreUltimately, I'm looking for committed, hard working SPMs and PMs ready to step up.Not sure if you meet all of the requirements?
