This role acts as the primary point of accountability between ownership, general contractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with schedule, cost, safety, and quality expectations.Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & Schedule ManagementManage and track project schedules, milestones, and critical path activitiesCoordinate contractor mobilization, sequencing, and execution across multiple scopesIdentify schedule risks early and drive corrective actions to maintain timelinesWeekly Reporting & Owner CommunicationPrepare and distribute weekly construction reports including: Labor hours and workforce countsWork completed vs. plannedSafety performance and safety messagingRisks, issues, and mitigation actionsWeather impacts and schedule effectsPresent clear, executive-level summaries suitable for ownership reviewCost & Change OversightTrack planned vs. actual work execution and labor utilizationSupport change management by documenting scope, cost, and schedule impactsCoordinate expense tracking and reconciliation tied to active projectsSafety & ComplianceEnforce site-wide safety compliance across all contractors and vendorsReview and track safety submittals, training documentation, and xijylhu site access requirementsSupport weekly safety meetings and hazard identification effortsContractor & Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary interface between ownership, general contractors, and trade partnersDrive follow-up on contractor deliverables and readiness prior to site workResolve coordination issues and maintain alignment across all partiesDocumentation & Technical ReviewReview construction documents, scopes of work, and technical specificationsMaintain organized project records for reporting, audits, and executive reviewRisk ManagementIdentify and document project risks related to schedule, safety, cost, or executionAssign ownership and mitigation plans for identified risksEscalate issues with recommended solutions when necessary
