This is a thinker/doer role.You will architect brand strategy, structure CRM systems, lead social and digital presence, build marketing roadmaps, and personally execute creative and messaging initiatives when necessary. This role requires both strategic leadership and strong creative capability.You must be comfortable building the plan "” and building the assets.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Leadership & Creative DirectionDevelop and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines across all internal and client brandsEstablish voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging standardsProvide clear creative direction for marketing materials, campaigns, and digital presenceEnsure consistency and professionalism across all channels2. Creative Production & Content OversightDesign and produce high-quality graphics and marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite when neededBuild and refine sales decks, one-pagers, social graphics, email layouts, and campaign assetsEstablish visual templates and brand systems for internal teamsReview, edit, and approve all written copy for clarity, tone, and alignment with brand standardsOversee copywriting efforts (internal or contractor) and ensure messaging consistencyStep into copy development when needed for campaigns, website messaging, or client deliverables3. Marketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionDevelop quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectivesLead campaigns from concept through execution and performance reportingEnsure strategy translates into complete, measurable deliverablesOversee social media strategy, content calendars, and performance tracking4. CRM & Marketing InfrastructureOwn CRM strategy and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred)Develop lead workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboardsEnsure CRM data integrity and alignment with sales and business development5. Website & Digital PresenceLead website messaging strategy and conversion structureCollaborate with web developers to execute updates and improvementsEnsure all digital touchpoints reflect strong branding and clear positioning6.
