Overview Construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support operations and accounting functions. This role plays a key part in keeping projects running efficiently by managing administrative processes, supporting contract activity, and assisting with compliance and internal systems.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare contract and non-contract proposalsProcess and track change ordersAssist with annual contract renewalsCoordinate insurance certificate requestsPrepare union reconciliation reportsAct as a liaison between internal teams and union representativesAssist with monthly union-related journal entriesProvide basic IT support and troubleshootingSet up and maintain office technology and equipmentSupport additional projects and administrative tasks as neededWhat You BringStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail xijylhu Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality workWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds as neededOccasional bending, reaching, and general physical activity in an office settingComfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environmentMay require occasional travel for trainings or company-related events
