Our employees are an intricate part of the firm's outstanding track record and admirable reputation among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in building and delivering exceptional services catered to our clients' specific goals and concerns. Rich we will provide you with specialized training and development tools that support you to be your best at running projects, collaborating with clients, and developing professionally.In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with:Collaborating and working with clients, owners, subs and W.T. Rich staffProject set up, project execution, project closeout, financial management and relationship managementManaging the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out, including reviewing and tracking contracts; pricing; purchase orders; change orders; shop drawings; submittals; and Requests for Information (RFI), all using ProcoreSubmitting building permits and following up on relevant issuesCoordinating meetingsCapturing and distributing weekly meeting minutesWrite descriptions of work for purchase orders and subcontractor Scope of Work sheetsAssist Project Manager with other duties that developQualificationsExperience/Education:BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other relative degreesMS degree in related fields is a plus2-4 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor / construction managerExperience with Procore, MS Office Suites, Revit, AutoCADor other project management software a plusExperience managing small projects or as part of a project xijylhu team on larger, more complex projectsKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills and attention to detail -required Basic computer skills and competency -required OSHA-10 Certification -required OSHA-30 training -a plus, but not requiredMassachusetts Construction Supervisor License -a plus, but not requiredMassachusetts public construction industry experience -a plus, but not requiredLEED AP or Green Associate -a plus, but not requiredIf you are an innovative collaborator and truly enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, W.T.
