We create communities through attainable homeownership and memorable outdoor experiences that foster pride, engagement, and belonging.The PositionWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst thrilled to strengthen our team by continually:sharpening our analysis, understanding and reporting of business and financial performance; andapplying an evolving array of AI tools to streamline our systems and processes for ever-greater efficiency, accuracy, reliability and speed.You will fulfill those Core Duties while in the hot-seat, reporting to the CFO, accountable to:build Budget and Forecast processes that make it easy for property and asset managers to understand what drives asset performance and how to continuously improve NOI and cash-flow;support planning and execution of CapEx projects to deliver target returns;analyze and track asset performance in relation to acquisition assumptionsand expected investor returns;support ad-hoc financing initiatives as well as normal periodic debt-compliance monitoring and reporting.Who You AreA finisher.
