This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager position.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project coordination and documentation from start to finishManage and track RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMaintain project schedules and assist with updatesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultantsSupport budget tracking and cost controlEnsure compliance with plans, specs, and local building codesParticipate in site xijylhu meetings and progress reportingAssist with punch lists and project closeoutRequirements1-4+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong understanding of construction documents and processesExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus
