This role is responsible for full lifecycle project management"”including planning, contract oversight, financial performance, client communication, and field coordination. The Project Manager will partner closely with Superintendents, Estimators, and Preconstruction teams to deliver high"‘quality federal construction projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in Post Award Meetings and preconstruction discussionsConduct risk evaluations and provide written insights during contract assessmentReview subcontractor lists and support selection processesAssist in detailed scope preparation prior to initial estimatesCollaborate with Project Superintendent to build project schedulesAttend and contribute to preconstruction and design meetingsReview all construction documents and submit clarification questionsReview Owner-Contractor agreements and coordinate insurance and bondsManage RFIs, change order processes, and pricing negotiationsPrepare and submit Owner and subcontractor change ordersCoordinate substantial and final completion documentationSupport punchlist creation, distribution, and closeout activitiesComplete buyout and finalize all subcontracts and purchase ordersConduct subcontractor performance reviews post"‘projectRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's in Construction xijylhu Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Project Management experience in constructionFederal construction experience highly preferred (DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, MILCON)Experience managing $25M+ projectsExperience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects preferredProficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore requiredExposure to scheduling software; Primavera P6 preferredPlussesStrong background in federal government contract complianceExperience leading multiple concurrent large-scale projectsProven ability to manage complex change order processesStrong financial management and client relationship skills
