This is a hands-on, fast-paced role overseeing both commercial and residential sitework projects from start to finish.This team is extremely busy (20+ active jobs today), so this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, constantly shifting environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.What You'll Be DoingFull-cycle project management across sitework projects (commercial + residential)Manage 5-10 active projects at a time across various stagesOversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and field coordinationBalance a mix of:Commercial projects (multiple large jobs in progress)Residential work (custom home builders, high project volume)Communicate with internal teams, field crews, and clients to keep projects movingQuickly shift priorities and adapt to daily changes in workload and jobsite needs xijylhu What They're Looking For5-10+ years of Project Management experience in constructionStrong background in sitework (REQUIRED)Experience in commercial and/or residential site developmentAbility to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsComfortable managing multiple jobs simultaneouslyThick-skinned, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly
