Our work includes HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems on projects ranging from $50K to $10M, across both ground-up construction and renovations.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.About the RoleWe are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with 5 to 7+ years project management experience to lead commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage mechanical project activities from inception through completionEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain manpower loaded project schedulesEstimate change proposals as deviations in scope of work arise or are distributedProcure equipment and subcontractors; monitor and forecast job costsReview and approve submittals, drawings, and project deliverablesEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risksCollaborate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define project objectivesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, piping, and plumbing systemsMaintain comprehensive project documentationBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat businessProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, plumbing)5+ years of experience in a Project Manager roleProven ability to manage multiple and complex commercial projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of project financials, including job cost tracking, forecasting, and contract types (fixed-price, cost-plus, unit pricing)Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specifications, schematic diagrams, and isometric drawingsExperience with project management software and computerized job cost systemsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across projectsIn-depth understanding of mechanical systems and materialsProficient in Microsoft OfficePreferred:Familiar with commissioning requirements and associated cloud-based platformsCapable of using 3D modeling software and viewers for project BIM navigationExperience with Sage 300 CRE and Sage PaperlessWhy xijylhu Join UsStrong backlog and continued market growthClear path for advancementPerformance-based bonus structureCompany-supported vehicle expenses (auto allowance + fuel)Stable, established teamAdditional RequirementsRegular job site presence required to monitor progress and conduct meetingsAvailability to support project needs as required, including occasional evenings or weekendsPay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)AD&D insuranceCell phone reimbursementDental insuranceDisability insuranceFuel cardHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
